Agency Reporting Systems
Know which clients need attention before they ask.
Bring each client’s data sources into one clear report, then roll your pilot clients into one agency overview. Give your team one source of truth, a faster reporting routine, and a place to investigate before the next client email.
Relevant experience: agency reporting across 100+ client accounts, saving paid-media managers about 10 hours per week in that engagement.

Protect time for client work
Reuse a consistent reporting structure instead of rebuilding reports for every account and reporting cycle.
Be ready for the client’s email
Review account exceptions in one place and know where to investigate when a client asks why performance changed.
Make the next rollout easier
Shared KPI definitions and a tested client template make matching accounts easier to onboard.
A short walkthrough with Jamie
One source of truth for each client. One rollup for your agency.
Jamie walks through the client view, the agency-wide rollup, and how a repeatable reporting system gives your team more time for client work.
Play when you’re ready. The package scope and readiness check are below.
What changes for your business
Spend your reporting time explaining performance.
The agency view shows where your team should focus. Each client report brings the agreed sources and KPIs together so account managers can explain what changed. Shared definitions reduce the time spent reconciling reports before a client meeting.
Judge the pilot by preparation time per reporting cycle, consistency across the three client reports, and how easily the team can identify an account that needs attention.

What we build
One agency view. One client template. Three working client reports.
Agree on KPIs and the pilot structure
We confirm up to 3 clients, up to 2 ready datasets total, KPI definitions, report layout, and access needs. I check readiness and agree on a sample period and source totals for validation.
Build the overview and reusable client template
I build one internal agency overview and one reusable Looker Studio client template, then configure copies for up to 3 clients. Together the overview and template include up to 14 unique visuals.
Validate client data, access, and delivery
I reconcile agreed totals, test filters and client-specific access, and check refresh and scheduled email delivery. The package includes 2 consolidated revision rounds on the agreed report structure.
Hand over the reporting and rollout guide
You receive the reports in your accounts, KPI definitions, a client-onboarding guide, and a walkthrough. The guide covers reuse for clients with the same data structure; broader rollout is separately scoped.
Signal Ridge experience
Experience with the reporting work that grows as an agency grows.
An agency reporting system supported 100+ client accounts and saved paid-media managers approximately 10 hours per week on reporting. Other work includes reporting designed for 25+ brands. These are results and scope from prior engagements, not a savings guarantee for this pilot.

Agency Reporting Pilot
- One internal agency overview
- One reusable client template, configured for up to 3 clients
- Up to 2 ready Google Sheets or BigQuery datasets, total
- Up to 10 KPIs and 14 unique visuals across the overview and template
- Refresh, scheduled emails, validation, and access checks
- KPI dictionary, onboarding guide, walkthrough, and 2 revision rounds
21 calendar days after complete requirements and access. Software and cloud usage costs are separate.
Is this the right starting point?
A good fit when…
- Your team repeats a similar reporting process for several clients.
- Three pilot clients can use one shared KPI and report structure.
- Up to two existing datasets already contain and refresh the required data.
- You need an internal overview and separate client-facing reports.
How we check the finished system
- Reconcile the agreed KPIs against a trusted sample period.
- Check each client report’s data and sharing; keep the agency view internal.
- Test filters, refresh, and scheduled delivery before handover.
Work outside this package
New connectors or APIs, data pipelines, substantial cleanup, tracking repair, additional report structures, AI commentary, and ongoing management are separately scoped. Software and connector fees are extra.
After the first implementation
Roll the proven template out to more clients, add sources, or introduce weekly AI briefs and performance alerts. The pilot establishes the shared definitions and repeatable onboarding process first.

A few practical questions.
What does reporting-ready data mean?
Up to 2 datasets total across the pilot, containing the agreed metrics and refreshing reliably with consistent client IDs and dates. They can contain multiple clients. New connectors, pipelines, substantial cleanup, and tracking repairs are separate.
What is included in the two revision rounds?
Two consolidated rounds on the agreed layout, KPIs, filters, and formatting. The 14 unique visuals are counted across the overview and template; client copies reuse them. New report structures and integrations are separate.
How are client reports kept separate?
The agency overview stays internal. Each pilot client gets a separate report copy with client-specific data and checked sharing settings. A dashboard filter alone is not access control. We confirm the source setup before building.
Does this include AI insights or performance alerts?
This project standardizes reporting and scheduled Looker Studio emails. AI summaries and KPI alerts are a separate follow-on once the data and definitions are reliable.
What happens after the pilot?
Your team can reuse the template and onboarding guide for clients with the same data structure. I can separately roll it out to more accounts, add sources, improve the model, or maintain the system. The fixed pilot covers up to 3 clients.
Let’s look at your reporting
Bring one client report and the sources behind it.
We’ll identify what can be standardized, check whether three clients can share one structure, and confirm whether the existing data is ready for the $3,500 pilot.
