Signal Ridge is led by Jamie Schild, a civil engineer, operator, and reporting systems consultant who helps owner-led businesses turn messy data into clearer decisions.

Jamie founded A-Bay Engineers in 2020 after years of working inside large facilities, infrastructure systems, and operational improvement programs. Over time, the work became clear: most businesses do not need more dashboards. They need better scorecards, cleaner data flows, and a simpler way to know what is working, what is not, and what to fix next.

That belief became Signal Ridge.

Jamie has built KPI systems, reporting tools, and operating scorecards across facilities, breweries, marketing agencies, home service businesses, and multi-location teams. His work blends engineering discipline with practical business operations — connecting numbers to decisions, decisions to action, and action to measurable improvement.
