American Restoration · through Lost & Found · Case study
A reporting foundation that AI can build on.
Structured reporting tables · Scheduled exports · Client-built AI summaries
American Restoration shows how a reporting investment can support more than dashboards. Reporting tables supplied through the Lost & Found engagement became inputs for AMR’s own automated analysis and weekly reports.
Start with repeatable inputs
Jamie’s role was the reporting foundation through Lost & Found. AMR’s team then built its own AI workflow: scheduled reporting tables were sent by email, processed alongside other inputs such as call transcripts, and turned into HTML reports for the team and executives.
Reports that direct attention
The client’s weekly summary combines a channel scorecard, areas improving or slipping, month-end outlook, and a watchlist. It distinguishes comparison periods and calls out missing feeds, giving readers context for where to investigate.
“Once you get it going, it saves insane amounts of time.”Nathaniel Patterson · Performance Marketing Director, American Restoration

Why the foundation matters
Consistent tables and recurring exports give an automated interpretation layer something stable to read. Metric definitions, time windows, and missing-data handling still matter; AI does not remove the need for trustworthy inputs.
Signal Ridge supplied reporting work through Lost & Found; AMR authored the AI layer and resulting reports. This is evidence of what the reporting foundation enabled, not a claim that Signal Ridge built AMR’s AI system. The client’s internal report is described here without republishing its confidential brand-level analysis.
