Flood Digital · Case study
Trust the tracking. Then make the dashboard useful.
GA4 & GTM audits · Looker Studio · Client reporting
Flood Digital needed both defensible measurement and useful client reporting. The work spans tracking audits, prioritized remediation plans, and dashboards that connect performance with the next question to investigate.
Two parts of the same reporting problem
A dashboard can only be as useful as the events and definitions underneath it. For Flood, the work included reviewing GA4 and GTM measurement, tracing important actions through the setup, and separating reliable measures from items that needed repair.
The audit deliverables documented evidence, business impact, recommended changes, priorities, and validation steps. That gave the team a practical sequence for improving measurement instead of an undifferentiated list of settings.
From metrics to a useful client conversation
The Grafton dashboard brought keyword visibility, organic and local-pack rankings, historical trends, and tracked coverage into one view. A recommended-focus column helps the team identify where to investigate page relevance, protect local visibility, or review organic gaps.
Definitions matter here: a current ranking snapshot is different from a historical average, and a change in keyword coverage can change the apparent trend. The report makes those distinctions visible so the team can explain the numbers.

- A client-facing dashboard with context and next actions alongside the charts.
- A clearer handoff between measurement, analysis, and the team managing the account.
This engagement included audits and custom dashboard work. The Agency Reporting Systems package is a related starting point for reporting-ready data; tracking audits and remediation are separately scoped.
