Tectonic · Case study
Five GA4 properties. One view leadership can use.
GA4 · BigQuery · Multi-site Looker Studio reporting
Tectonic needed a consistent way to understand performance across five websites while keeping each division’s acquisition and content detail accessible. Signal Ridge centralized the properties through BigQuery and built a shared reporting structure.
Make the sites comparable
Separate properties make portfolio reporting slow when every review requires switching views and reconciling definitions. The build brought five GA4 properties into BigQuery and organized the reports around overview, acquisition, content, and division-level questions.
Find the website behind the portfolio trend
The acquisition report compares channel mix by division, then provides channel, source/medium, campaign, and time-series detail. Filters and documented tracking coverage help users understand what is being compared.
In the dashboard walkthrough, the conversation moved from combined performance into individual sites and landing pages. Jason’s intended use was leadership reporting and helping the team decide where content work should focus.
